Day 2 San Diego

March 2014 - San Diego CA

We were lazy this morning and didn't get going until around 11 and took a cab to Horton's to pick up the trolley tour after a breakfast at Starbucks, convenient whatever.
It was fairly warm 16C or 61F and a little overcast.

We boarded the trolley, got our stickers and were told we would pay in Old Town. Our driver was Brian O'Brian and he considered himself an Irishman, even though he was born in Chicago and grew up in San Diego. He was charming and informative, keeping us entertained.

We decided to head to Seaport Village and have an early dinner there. it was pretty windy along the water!

The weather was shifting as we walked toward our selected restaurant.

Within moments of settling in with our cocktails the dark grey clouds rolled over our heads and it started to pour!
