Malpica Mexico

Our friends took us to Malpica. We had been there last year but it is more fun when not on a tour.
Driving into town, every Mexican town has an arch!

One of the many brightly painted houses

The main attraction is the bakery where everyone stops.

Bill, the owners and the oven!

 Some goodies!

A plate for you to put your selection on, much prettier than the aluminum plates you get at the grocery store. John really wanted some of the pineapple empanadas we had last year but they were still in the oven. She promised they would be ready for us on our way back.

Sampling the wares as one must

Across the street is the tile maker who was happy to give us a demonstration.
