September 2014 - Montreal Quebec
We were in Montreal last weekend and took time out to go down to the Old Port, le Vieux Montreal.
More photos here. We stopped and shared a bowl of mussels with garlic bread sitting outside on Place Jacques Cartier.
Some more food photos around the area.
I'd tend to go for the poutine or the steakhouse instead of seafood, but there's such a wealth of restaurants down there. I've been in a couple of the ones you've shown here.
ReplyDeleteI haven't been to Montreal in years. We are due for a return trip.
ReplyDeleteI adore mussels! I too haven't been to Montreal for about 10 years. Love all those signs.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing the photos! I've never been to Montreal, but would love to visit someday.
ReplyDeleteI was mostly excited to see the pic of garlic bread, lol. Mmmmm, carbs! ;)

ReplyDeleteI love the restaurant signs. They have so much character! The mussels and bread look divine. Montreal is on my places to go one day list. The food options alone look like fun. Thanks for sharing!
