  1. There's no shortage of pancake houses in that part of the continent.

    Pancakes must include maple syrup, of course, but I've also liked topping them with brown sugar or white sugar.

  6. That's a lot of pancakes. I had no idea they were that popular. We have very few locally-owned pancake houses, but a St. Louis favorite is Uncle Bill's.

  8. Wow! Lots of pancakes. We love ours with chocolate chips and good maple syrup. Homemade though over restaurant any day. Happy Easter.

  10. Oooo, I love pancakes. I very rarely feel like making them at home, so I order them when I go out, even though I know they're easy and simple. There's just something special about pancakes from an experienced line cook/kitchen.
