  2. I like that first bike rack! You two look good in that pic!
I plant Cosmos, Petunias, Marigolds, Sweet Potato vines, and sometimes Geraniums. I also plant Morning Glory but this year it hadn't flowered yet and on Friday a squirrel got into the middle of it and bit through the vines almost at the ground so I don't think I will see the flowers from it. Other years I have had a lot of flowers. My deck faces south with no roof over it and a brick wall behind so it is very hot and sunny for the plants. Good luck with some next year.

    1. Thanks, Pat, that is what I will do next year. We face north west but it gets very hot out there too.

  3. These are really cool Jackie. I love an old bike reused in a garden with flowers.

  4. Love the bike theme. I'm longing for an old bike with a basket. Hoping to lean it on my front porch with the basket, and maybe some panniers, full of flowers.

    1. Trust me, Andrew, my language was anything but ladylike. Being on the back you can't see anything.

  6. Love the pics :-)
Never tried a tandem and here in Germany I hate driving, be it bike or car. Everybody races without watching out!

    1. Totally agree, Iris. I hate being in a car too. We have a bike path right here along the lake but the cyclists have no regard for the walkers or little kids on bikes.
