Wordless Wednesday and Signs, Signs
This sign is old of the oldest in the Neon Museum or Boneyard, it dates from 1929 (I've also found a date of 1932) and advertised in a very straightforward manner that you could have cocktails, chicken or steak. It adorned a restaurant on Fremont St. opened for workers at the Hoover Dam.

Sorry for not visiting often, got so busy last week. Hopefully I could catch up this week. I am grateful for your visits and comments.
Wow! Something so old!ReplyDelete
We creative humans manage to create and incredible wake of waste...when age or use renders items obsolete.ReplyDelete
