A large portrait of Sable, a famous local Newfoundland dog who served as an unofficial mascot for Signal Hill. Created by Daniel Burt, a street artist from Halifax.

 Titled "Opus", the public installation was created by local artist Sarah O'Rourke-Whelan and completed in late 2016 in partnership with the City of St. John's.

The text painted on the lower right reads Cape Spear Lighthouse National Historic Site.
