T for Tuesday

T Stands For is hosted by Elizabeth and Bleubeard

Toronto ON

A couple of years ago we went for afternoon tea in the members' lounge at the AGO, Art Gallery of Ontario.

John got creative with his camera and I later added the frame.

  11. That looks really delicious! Which tea did you have? I've never had high tea at a restaurant, only in people's houses. Years ago it was normal to go to so much effort when you invited people to tea. I was a child then and I was always warned not to be greedy and not take more than one of a certain thing. It looks pretty though doesn't it. And I bet it was very tasty.
Your husband's 'photo' if I can call it that, is a work of art. It looks like a drawing and I love it!
    Happy belated T-Day,
    Hugs,
    Lisca

  13. John's photo art is definitely worthy of a frame. I love it.

Tea at the Grange looks like a very special experience. Lovely food photos have made me hungry.

In your comment on my blog you mentioned that you often winter in Mexico. I'm curious about where. Is it on your travel blog somewhere? Ah yes, Mazatlan - just west of us on the coast. Lovely area.

Happy T-Day. Stay safe and well. Hugs, Eileen

  15. I apologize for taking so long to visit. It was definitely beyond my control. I’m trying to catch up, but it’s harder than I actually imagined it would be, especially with my very slow internet.

OMGoodness. You have the most brilliant husband. That really IS frame worthy. Genius.

I have always wanted to participate in afternoon High Tea. That is quite a lovely spread and generous, too. I like how they told the teas that contain caffeine, which I would need. This is a genuinely beautiful way to share a drink for T on Tuesday, dear Jackie.
