ReplyDeleteThat looks really delicious! Which tea did you have? I've never had high tea at a restaurant, only in people's houses. Years ago it was normal to go to so much effort when you invited people to tea. I was a child then and I was always warned not to be greedy and not take more than one of a certain thing. It looks pretty though doesn't it. And I bet it was very tasty.

I have always wanted to participate in afternoon High Tea. That is quite a lovely spread and generous, too. I like how they told the teas that contain caffeine, which I would need. This is a genuinely beautiful way to share a drink for T on Tuesday, dear Jackie.
