Recipes - Halloumi Cheese

Ever since we attended a private cooking class by Christine Cushing in February where she featured a recipe using halloumi cheese I have been coming across it everywhere.
Christine made a salad using the cheese as croutons and it was awesome. Here is her recipe.

In this blog cheese on the grill is made using halloumi cheese. Christine had also mentioned grilling halloumi.
