Books - Joseph O'Connor
I am so excited that one of my favourite Irish writers has a new book Ghost Light out. This is a really good interview with him.
This sentence from the interview really rang bells with me as it is exactly how I often feel.
"I’ve had a lovely week, really," Joseph tells me in typically understated style. "But being Irish and originally Catholic, I’m sure something awful will happen to me next week," he laughs.
I first read O'Connor when I bought Star of the Sea in Dublin a few years ago and then bought Redemption Falls.
