A little cool as we headed out from Conyers outside Atlanta, also a little overcast.

You see the oddest things on the road!

 Getting closer to our destination for eight days!

 Cute!

Raining as we drive towards the Wyndham Ocean Beach resort.

Lots of tree damage from the two ice storms they had recently.

Checked in, did some groceries as John had demanded  requested a home cooked meal. Made a beef stew with LOTS of vegetables!
We're in a two bed two bath unit.

On the Road Again - Mobile AL - Atlanta GA

March 2014

We left Mobile either 15 minutes early or late as we left at 8:45 and we had said we'd leave between 8:30 and 9 AM. Had our free breakfast at Hampton Suites.
Snapped as we left town.

One should never smirk at drivers going in the opposite direction who are stuck in traffic.

Shortly we were stuck!

Wasted an hour waiting for our lunch - won't be going back there again!

Checked into the Hampton Suites in Conyers GA and went to O'Charley's for dinner. I had the BEST southern fried chicken and John loved his steak. And seriously, $17 for a bottle of wine!!!
