We spotted this too late and came back later to get a photo. I can't find out anything about it other than it is on the side of a pharmacy.

    What a wonderful take on the medical caduceus. The staff is also the magic wand carried by Hermes (the Romans knew him as Mercury), the messenger of the gods. Making it covered with reflections adds to its magical character.
