T Stands For is hosted by Elizabeth and Bleubeard
I need to get my act together to produce some interesting posts for this challenge. In the meantime, since we are in a modified lockdown, and can't dine in anywhere, I'll rely on my archives.
On our trip to Ireland in 2015, a first time for our friends, we had used a private tour guide. While we were touring around Killarney, he took us to the island of Valentia and the surrounding area.
For lunch we stopped in an old post office now cafe.
I look forward to the days I can go back out to eat lunch. Fond memories will have to do for now. Happy T Tuesday!

Soup and sandwich is one of my favorite lunches. I haven't been to a restaurant since February. And it'll be a while until I go again.

ReplyDeleteI am leaving this generic message for everyone who visited and participated in T Tuesday. I want to thank you for visiting. You may have noticed I was offline off and on for three days. I kept losing electricity. Each time, I was able to visit a few people before the electricity went out again. The third time, I was leaving a comment for Valerie when I heard a huge BOOM. There was a flash of light, the windows and walls shook. It felt like an earthquake to me, but it only lasted a second or two. I believe they have finally fixed the electricity in my neighborhood. I won’t know until I get to explore the internet, but it may have been very local. I know I saw two bucket trucks driving up my street less than an hour after it happened. With no heat, the temperatures both nights dipped into the mid-20s F (low 4s C). Thanks for your participation and thanks for hopefully understanding why I was unable to visit for T this week.
ReplyDeleteI love all those tea cups in the one photo. Lovely post from your archives. Have a great week.
ReplyDeleteHello Friend, I saw your link to Thankful Thursday and it occurred to me that I haven't seen your link for a few weeks. don't want to lose contact with you:):) I know it must be uncomfortable not to be able to post like you did before, but there sooo many things in Toronto you could share. It may also be easier if you cut your posts shorter, but who am I to give you ideas, you are creative enough!! Hope you take this hint to encourage you - you are MISSED, and I don't want to miss you (pouty lips). Have an enjoyable weekend and hope to see you back at All Seasons very soon:) Jesh
