This incredible mural is made up of thousands of ceramic tiles. Each tile is printed with a person, place or event depicting freedom. These photos have been taken by local residents and it was designed by artist Joan Fontcuberta. A local newspaper called for the residents to send in photos that represent a moment of freedom. The mural was installed in 2014, as part of Barcelona's Tricentenary celebrations, and it commemorates the fall of Barcelona during The War of The Spanish Succession.
