We went to see The Railway Children last Saturday. Their website is very well done and gives you a great overview of the play. Mirvish Productions also posted a video on YouTube.
I didn't really know the story and even DH asked at one point why are they called the railway children. I read some reviews this morning and most people mirrored our thoughts that it was too long and fairly boring.
It is showing at a new theatre called The Roundhouse.
The highlight was having a real train pull into the theatre.
I had gone down to The Roundhouse area earlier in the week and taken some photos.
