Here's where you can find the requested items:
5 Support: Look for the heart symbol labeled "Support" near the top right of the map, under the rainbow.
3 Hope: "Hope River" is depicted flowing from the "Connection Bridge" towards the right side of the map.
7 Resilience: The word "Resilience" is written near the "Community Centre" on the lower right side of the map, just below the number "7".
9 Growth: The word "Growth" is written near the bottom right of the map, below the number "9".
