Since I am in Honolulu and not sure when I can get a chance to post, I am posting some photos taken in 2005  in Honolulu at Pearl Harbor.

Yes, the USS Arizona (BB-39) remains submerged in approximately 40 feet of water at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, where it sank on December 7, 1941. It serves as a permanent, hallowed war grave, with over 1,100 sailors and Marines entombed within it, though many survivors have had their ashes interred within the wreckage.
