Honey Dijon Balsamic Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
1. Whisk balsamic vinegar, olive oil, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
A good dressing- the combination of honey and mustard particularly.
