My Recipe Box - Honey Dijon Balsamic Vinaigrette

This is a keeper. Served last night over spring greens with strawberries and walnuts along with shoulder lamb chops.



Honey Dijon Balsamic Vinaigrette

"Serve this easy and delicious vinaigrette with your favorite salad or with bread, as a dipping sauce."
INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
1.Whisk balsamic vinegar, olive oil, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
