My husband snapped this photo from our tour van as we were driving to Malpica Mexico on Tuesday. There are many roadside vendors along the highway from Mazatlan selling dried shrimp. Pricing appeared to be standard.
I don't think I've had Mexican dried shrimp. Have you tried them? Do you know how they're used?
