Saturday Snapshot

Saturday Snapshots is hosted by Alyce at At Home With Books.

We took a day tour to some small Mexican towns on Tuesday. These towns are a world apart from Mazatalan. Malpica was the first town and I was fascinated by the church from the moment I saw it from the bus.
Malpica is a small sleepy town with only 700 residents.

The Stations of the Cross were very intriguing. They were a mixture of various styles.

  4. Are the statues made of wood? Porcelain?
They look so delicate and tender.

    Your photos capture their beauty.

  5. The religious icons are interesting, but I have to admit that the first thing that grabbed my attention was the vivid blue sky. :)
