November 1988 - Cartagena Colombia
We took this photo years ago while visiting Cartagena in Columbia, South America.
It is a giant bronze casting of a pair of old boots behind the Fort of San Felipe. The sculpture memorialized a poet's love of his old, comfortable and well-worn pair of shoes.
