This was a great month-long feature series, Jackie, thanks a lot! I must go and read your Louisbourg post when I have a moment -- we loved our visit there too. And I must take issue with that Canadian Food Rating Chart -- matrimonial cake is DELICIOUS! A true prairie staple from ye olden days! I've loved it since I was a child.
