I agree, that first potato recipe sounds very good. Anchovies in potatoes? Right up there with prawn crackers, methinks. HA! I made a slow cooker cheesecake a while back; and it comes out so nice and creamy. I have 3 small springform pans and was able to get 2 into my crockpot, and had to do a 3rd cheesecake separately. It wasn't until I was all done did I remember I have 2 crockpots. Geesh!
