Our World Tuesday
May 2001 - Mull of Kintyre Scotland
Black-faced sheep - taken in Scotland at Mull of Kintyre.
The Mull of Kintyre is the southwesternmost tip of the Kintyre Peninsula (formerly Cantyre) in southwest Scotland.
Who doesn't know the famous Paul McCartney song written about this area?
Mull of Kintyre
Oh mist rolling in from the sea,
My desire is always to be here
Oh Mull of Kintyre
Far have I traveled and much have I seen
Dark distant mountains with valleys of green.
Past painted deserts the sunsets on fire
As he carries me home to the Mull of Kintyre.

Nice photo.
