This dragon, made out of chocolate, was created by the Jean Philippe Patisserie at the Aria Resort in Las Vegas for Chinese New Year 2013. Photo was taken January 25, 2013.
that is incredible. today I visited an exhibit of Chinese sandstone carvings which was most enjoyable and informative. though I must say, chocolate sculptures hold a special alure.
