We had a gorgeous sunny day this week and yet the police issued a warning that they had had thirty collisions and asking people to be careful.
I looked out the window in the middle of the afternoon and the Gardiner Expressway was closed due to this incident. Not rush hour, no precipitation nothing.
Westbound - closed
If anything like here, the disruption can go on far longer than is really necessary. I noticed how quickly roads in Asian cities are cleared after a crash.
