This Elicser mural was completed in November 2016. It resides on a wall inside the parking lot of CP 24, now owned by CTV/Bell Media.
The CP 24 Breaking News vehicle still decorates the other wall of the parking lot.
The mural replaces this one.
...oh how I wish that Elicser would return to Rochester and paint another mural.
