Disney - Day 3

It was an overcast cool day so we decided to relax and walk around the Coronado Springs Resort.

Around some of the rooms it feels like the old west and you expect tumbling tumbleweeds at any moment.

The grounds and main pool area are decorated in a Mexican theme. There are smaller pools located around the property. At the main pool there are life guards to keep everyone entertained even if it is chilly, as the water temperature was in the low 80s.

We then used our quick meal plan for lunch at the resort, having Mexican burritos and quesadillas.

We headed to Epcot in the late afternoon and took the ferry across to the German pavilion.

We then sauntered through Italy and had a glass of wine while watching the entertainment.

 Being part of the entertainment...

Throwing coins into the Trevi Fountain for good luck.

We decided to wait half an hour for the American show as it was quite cold out and we could wait inside.

Enjoy!

By then it was time to head for our dinner reservations at the Rose and Crown in England.
Of course since we had to wait for our table we headed into the pub. It was too cold for anyone to sit on the outside patio.

As part of the meal plan we were again allowed to choose a main course and a dessert from the menu.
I had the Scottish smoked salmon offered medium rare which I think was the best salmon I have ever had.

For dessert some of us had sticky toffee pudding which was not that good IMHO.
