Spotted a new cafe (not yet open) yesterday in Brookfield Place. 

Yes, there is a missing apostrophe!

    It's a very locale-specific theme, but I wonder if the potential customers will glom onto it? Or forgive that missing apostrophe.

    "We pour water onto crushed beans" is super-refreshing after decades of latte-speak.

    Right to the point with their signage. Looks like it might be a good place to drink and eat. Let us know what you think when it opens.

    Interesting looking place. If the coffee is good, they'd be forgiven for not putting that apostrophe there.

    I often see places that forget to use the apostrophe. Had to laugh when I read about them pouring water over crushed beans. That's how I make my coffee, too (grin). This is absolutely wonderful and I hope this little place inside Brookfield Place makes it. Thanks for sharing this with us for T this Tuesday, dear Jackie.

    I have a hard time when signs and public places mess up grammar. I mess up plenty, but it's not out there for the world to see and are nothing I would consider a final draft.
