A yummy roll, although I don't do raw fish. :-) Not sure why, but my first comment always disappears before I even finish it and sometimes I have to try two or three times.

I'm glad you learned sushi BEFORE you got locked in! I hope you had ingredients for lots of rolls during lockdown.
