According to Wikipedia...
Sheila — Australian slang for "woman", is derived from the Irish girls' name Síle (IPA: [ʃiːlʲə], anglicised Sheila). It is considered to be derogatory and is now rarely used.

    1. Although there are Australian shows, movies, books with characters called Sheila. It doesn't have to be a derogatory term but it could be in certain context.
