Weekend Cooking

Weekend Cooking hosted by www.BethFishReads.com

Beth hosts Weekend Cooking where you can post anything food related.

January 2015 - Las Vegas NV

We are in Las Vegas since mid December, but we are in a timeshare so we have done most of our cooking ourselves.
We usually only splurge on a fancy meal once a trip, the last two times it has been Gordon Ramsey's Steak in Paris Casino.

Last night we went to Emeril's Table Ten in the Venetian. They have a four course set menu for $45 and you can pair the wine for $28. We selected to do do both.
Click here to see the full Taste of Table 10 menu.

This is the menu as we selected. Photos taken by cell phone.

Taste of Table 10 Menu

CHICKEN + ANDOUILLE SAUSAGE GUMBO steamed rice - John really enjoyed this! But then if Emeril can't make gumbo who can?

  2. I am not a huge Emeril fan-I went to his restaurant in Florida and must say I was not overtly impressed.

  3. I've never eaten in an Emeril restaurant, but several of those courses looked good to me. I'm not a big gumbo fan, though. The desserts look amazing.

  4. The food looks amazing! Especially the lemon bar. Vegas has never been high on my list because I'm not much of a gambler but I keep seeing mentioned relating to foods and I'm changing my mind quickly! Thanks for sharing!
