Art and Soup Tour - Mazatlan

Mazatlan has a large ex-pat community of Canadians and Americans. They like to sponsor fund raising events and this one was for a children's charity here in Mazatlan.

We thought it would be interesting to attend.

It took place at Marina Mazatlan.

Your $100 pesos got you samples of the soups donated by several restaurants and 10 door prize tickets. The artists in attendance were each donating a prize, you selected which door prizes you were interested in and deposited your ticket at their booth.
There was also entertainment.

The picture of the purses is my absolute favourite!

The set-up for the soup was a little crowded as people attempted to form lines.
