T Stands For is hosted by Elizabeth and Bleubeard
May 2023 - Toronto ON
I went to the Gardiner Ceramic Museum a couple of weeks ago. The last time I went was in 2019 to see Savour.
I did a post two weeks ago about a couple of displays. Last week's post was more random.
The last of my Gardiner Museum posts.
I enjoy going to museum.
ReplyDeleteCoffee is on and stay safe.
Quite elaborate.
ReplyDeleteThat is a gorgeous table setting. The sugar-paste food looks real. 20 desserts would be overwhelming for mel, but I might have to try all of them. The china is pretty also. I liked this T day post Jackie. Have a great T day. hugs-Erika
ReplyDeleteThe dessert table is elegant and impressive. Happy T Day
ReplyDeleteI love the table setting in the museum, my table is a tad too small for it! Happy T Day, hugs, Valerie
ReplyDeletewhat an amazing display at the museum
ReplyDeleteI appreciated the visit too Happy T Kathy
I was nearly bowled over from the 20 desserts, even if they were sugar paste. Each had such impressive detail. Even the flowers on the mirrored centerpiece were impressive. This is an absolutely amazing and stunning entry you have given us for T this Tuesday. Thank you for sharing this great display, dear Jackie.
ReplyDeleteSuper pretty. I would say they spent a lot of time making these desserts and setting the table but most likely they had servants to do all that. Beautiful dishes and super cool to see into what their life and desserts were like. Happy T-day and hugz
ReplyDeleteWow! How elegant! Happy T Tuesday
ReplyDeleteI love this display. When I was at college studying Home Economics we had to make recipes from different eras some of these remind me of those times. Belated Happy T Day, Chrisx
ReplyDeleteWhat a elegant and informative display. It is amazing that everything is ceramic. It's so interesting to see how things used to be done.
ReplyDeleteHappy Late Tea Day,
Kate
