This recipe was part of a virtual Longo's cooking class in February 2021 at the height of the pandemic when we were locked down completely.
My notes were the pre-work and instructions for John as he was going to be cooking along with the instructor.

Even though I don't eat chicken, I do eat General Tso. made with tofu. Your recipe and presentation looks amazing. Thank you for your comment about my link on Weekend Cooking.. It takes you to my draft - which is not good.. so hopefully they will be able to remove it for me and I added another link.. much appreciate the you mentioning it.
I guess the pepper flakes would make it spicy.
