We live on Lake Shore Blvd. We are steps away from the shores of lake Ontario in the west end of Toronto.
I have posted many photos in the past click on the various links highlighted below.
This post doesn't even begin to cover all the other attractions in Toronto along Lake Ontario. It spans 46 kilometres between the mouth of Etobicoke Creek in the west, and the Rouge River in the east.
There are the islands, ferries, harbour, port lands, waterfront festivals, The Beach, the Bluffs. There is Billy bishop airport.
Photos below taken from the top of the CN Tower.
There are memorials such as this one to the Air India crash.
There are parks with flowers and butterflies.
There is a bridge with love locks (facepalm).
The following photos would be a typical walk along the lake.

Our building on the right. You can sit and relax with a cool drink on a hot day.
The sights you see...
A nice collection of some of what you can see on Toronto's shore. It's a wonderful place to be this time of year.
ReplyDeleteToronto seems like such a beautiful, livable city. What a nice variety of shots you chose to represent it. Those inuksuts are really cool.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! It's been awhile since I've seen the shore there.
