It's been a busy travel week! We drove from San Diego last Sunday to LA and stayed overnight at the Hilton. Then we flew United to Cabo San Lucas Mexico along with a zillion spring breakers!!
On Sunday we visited the Flower Fields in Carlsbad.
Then we went to San Luis Rey Mission. I will do a separate post on this later.
We then drove to Oceanside planning to get lunch.
Drove to the right, nothing then went the other way and found a plethora of restaurants and pulled into the first parking spot we could.
And as serendipity would have it there was a Joe's Crab Shack!! We've eaten at Joe's in San Antonio and Nashville and just love it!
Time to get on the road for our final destination today, Los Angeles.
When we checked in the clerk asked how we liked our last room and I said, not so much, was small and no water. He upgraded us to executive status which meant we had access to the lounge with complimentary snacks and breakfast!
And I asked for complimentary wi-fi and he provided it also!
Monday morning we headed to LAX via hotel shuttle and yikes it's spring break madness. Easy two hour flight and we're in Cabo San Lucas.
We wait for our complimentary shuttle to the resort.

Day 1Day 2
Day 3
Another easy 2 hour flight back to LA shuttle to Hilton and settled in for the night.
On the road by 9 AM destination Las Vegas to meet up with some friends for a few days.
The desert is in bloom!
Entering Vegas, we decide that I'd get my hair cut and John would pick up some breakfast provisions.
We checked into the Wyndham Grand Resort where we've stayed twice before.
We grab the shuttle to Harrah's and meet up at Margaritaville for drinks then head to Ellis Island Casino and Brewery. No photos as we didn't take a camera!!
And I do have a weekly bathroom photo from Joe's Crab Shack in Oceanside CA.
