Saturday Snapshot

Santa Fe NM 2006

Today's photos were taken on Canyon Road in Santa Fe New Mexico. The town attracts many artists as the natural lighting is just amazing. I don't wear contacts but my husband does and he said he could see easily without sunglasses which I gather is rare when you have contacts in...
According to the Canyon Road Arts web site:
Santa Fe is the second largest art market in the nation, and has more art galleries than any other city of its size. Santa Fe galleries offer a wide range including Native American art, early 20th century art by members of New Mexico's famous art colonies, traditional representational art, and contemporary and abstract art.

  6. What a feast for the eyes! That one with the lady sunken in the ground is a little freaky (but then art pieces like that always affect me that way). :) Great photos!
