T Stands For is hosted by Elizabeth and Bleubeard

St. Patrick's Day is this Friday. I was born in Ireland so have visited quite often.

I am posting from The Red Fox Inn, Glenbeigh on the Ring Kerry.

Here is their recipe.

  6. I love how that little red fox shows up in so many places in your post. Although I'm not a whiskey drinker, I suspect I would LOVE this Irish coffee. The recipe sounds great. Thanks for sharing your trip to Ireland, the Red Fox, and your Irish coffee with us for T this Tuesday, dear Jackie. And of course, happy St. Patrick's Day, too.

  7. The Red Fox looks like a fun place. We went to an Irish Pub when we visited Ireland. It was really unique, and we had Irish coffees. I need to find if I took a photo and put it on one of TSFT posts.
