ReplyDeleteI like seeing your old stove with an oven above in the chimney. We had a wood burning kitchen stove when I was growing, a four burner and oven below. We also burned corn cobs for a quite heat or a start for the wood.
ReplyDeleteWe miss the Queen, we've run across her twice in the U.K., once she was leaving Balmoral in her Range Rover SUV, another in London as she passed our street corner where we waited to see her on her way to open the legislature. She was in her carriage then.
I like your quilt, I like quilts. Newfound finds make for a nice theme.
