I love seeing photos of foreign markets, but don't know how brave I'd be in real life about trying some of the more exotic fare. Those women are impressive.
They are so bright and vibrant, and really give a sense of place. My Saturday Snapshot is http://chriscross-thebooktrunk.blogspot.co.uk/2012/06/witches-woods-and-saturday-snapshots.html
These really bring the setting to life! And that one...tentacles? Wha...? Maybe I don't want to know. Love the pile of peppers right after it!
ReplyDeleteWhat great shots. Those chile peppers really stand out.
ReplyDeleteLove the red chili peppers--very vivid colors. Not so into the basket of....eels??? Is that what's in there?
ReplyDeleteHere's my Snapshot.
I wish I could carry stuff like that. Great shots.

ReplyDeleteGreat photos! You know, I was looking at the lobsters and wondering how they tasted and then I saw the worms or whatever and I was like "Oh, no!" lol!
ReplyDeleteMarkets are great places to browse, though. You never know what you'll see!
Gorgeous shots! So colorful and they tell a story. Thanks for sharing, and for visiting my blog.
ReplyDeleteWonderful series of shots!
ReplyDeleteI did a post on a market today too- but they look rather different. Both a fascinating glimpse into another world.
