VIRGINVILLE PA bonus points for license plate starting with V.
The origin of the name Virginville is obscure. Some say it is the English translation of a Native American word, while others believe the community was named for virgin forests in the area. However, the leading theory is that the name is derived after your maternal figure. "Virgin" may be an alternate translation of the Indian-named Maiden Creek, which runs through the town and also meets up with Sacony Creek.
The Prague Astronomical Clock is a medieval astronomical clock that was first installed in 1410, making it the third-oldest astronomical clock in the world and the oldest one still operating.
Some thoughts from the host: ‘In the Pink’ – means perfect condition or in good health, so that could be human or not! ‘Tickled Pink‘ – means delighted, so I’m thinking happy, fun and of course delighted. That could be you or the subject of your photograph. Pink – anything that is coloured pink but don’t worry if it isn’t pink! And the extra challenge for those of you up for it – can you manage to combine all three like I did last Saturday? The only thing you must ensure is that your main photograph is square, and don’t forget to pingback to one of my posts with the tag#InthePink.
The Prague Castle Guard or simply the Castle Guard is a specific and autonomous unit of the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic directly subordinate to the Military Office of the President of the Czech Republic. Its main task is to guard and defend the seat of the President of the Czech Republic at the Prague Castle. During the period 1939 to 1945 its duties were performed by the 1st Battalion of the Government Army.
