T for Tuesday

T Stands For is hosted by Elizabeth and Bleubeard

March 2021 - Hamilton ON

Last week I posted boba and bun but concentrated on the bun.

Boba, boba milk tea, bubble tea, pearl milk tea, ... whatever you call it, it is a popular Taiwan-originated drink .
Boba drinks are sweetened tea, mixed with milk or fruit juices, served over ice or blended with ice and topped with chewy tapioca balls or fruit jellies. Simply put, it is a drink you can eat. It comes with a giant straw that allows you to suck up the chewy goodies at the bottom.

  1. I had one of these when I was teaching. One of the kids Dad's ran a stand that sold these. It was good, but different. Glad I tried it though. Hope you had a great T day and aren't in this thick heat we are having here in New Hampshire.

  3. I'm not sure this is something I want to try/ Maybe because I'm not a sweet tea drinker, but it was an interesting drink, regardless. Thanks for sharing these Boba teas with us for T this Tuesday, dear Jackie.
