Snapped from the bus June 2018.
Hotel X by Library Hotel Collection finally opened in the spring. It is on the Exhibition Place grounds.
Next to the Exhibition Place event venue, this chic high-rise hotel overlooking Lake Ontario is 9 minutes on foot from the Fort York National Historic Site and 1 km from ferries to Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport.
Unless I was attending a convention or event such as the CNE or Grand Prix I wouldn't stay here as a tourist. It is away from all attractions, I would stay in the heart of downtown.
